Our recent stay at Au Petit was a delightful experience. The hotel's location in Le Mans was perfect for our visit. The charming village center offered a lovely atmosphere, especially at Cafe Marie where we enjoyed a drink and a bite to eat. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a long day. The parking facility was also convenient and easily accessible. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent cleanliness.
Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a few drawbacks. the bed in our room was quite soft and sagged in the middle, making it difficult for both my husband and I to get a restful sleep.

Great location and clean room. We were able to easily explore the nearby charming village and had no trouble finding parking. the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had breakfast.
the room itself was quite small and lacked basic amenities such as coffee makers.

The Green Oasis: Nestled in a charming little village, this hotel is like a hidden gem amongst the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it offers a serene and tranquil escape from the outside world.
Train Troubles: The occasional train passing through nearby may disrupt those seeking absolute peace and quiet.

The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque village and nearby area. Guests can enjoy a nice drink and meal at Cafe Marie while taking in the lovely views. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good heating and basic amenities like parking, if you can get in with the access codes.
The hotel's check-in process via SMS message was unreliable and frustrating, making for an unpleasant arrival experience.

The hotel is well-located for exploring the town. It offers easy parking and clean, basic rooms. the small village centre nearby is charming and perfect for a drink or bite to eat.
Some of the beds were uncomfortable and the noise from trains and the nearby rail crossing disturbed our sleep. Although the village centre has eateries, some of them were closed during our stay, and there was no restaurant at the hotel.

Clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly and professional staff. Delicious coffee and wholesome, home-cooked evening meals at reasonable prices. Recently refurbished and comfortable rooms with high-quality bed linen and fresh, clean bathrooms. Convenient location for a relaxing overnight stopover.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
